Co-Founder & Program Director
Jaison Radcliff is an author, educator, illustrator, and serial entrepreneur whose focus is on fashion and visual arts. He brings years of industry experience to students, as a professional fashion illustrator at www.thepaperbarcompany.com, and through his past work as a corporate wholesaler for some of the industry’s largest fashion brands. His current creation is a coloring book for children and adults, aptly titled, “Black Influence: Rising Stars, History Makers, Risk Takers, & Influential Icons in Fashion,” co-authored with his design partner, Andrew Browne. This engaging and informative book provides a pictorial history of Black designers, inventors, and creatives from the late-1700s to today's fashion industry icons.
As a Program Director, J. develops K-12 arts & education programs that instruct students on the fundamentals of sewing and fashion design. Programs emphasize how sewing and design skills can develop into an innovative career in arts, design and entrepreneurship.

Andrew Browne
Co-Founder & Education Director
Andrew Browne is an author, educator, and entrepreneur whose interests include the intersection between fashion and education. He is an alumnus of the University of Central Florida (2009) and is currently an Associate Professor of Math at Valencia College, East Campus. In addition to his teaching at Valencia College, he works with students individually, and in groups, through local, after-school arts and education programs.
As Education Director, Andrew develops and implements fashion-based curriculum in accordance with state education standards.

M. Joseph is a seamstress and designer. She brings a wealth of experience from her years of working as a pattern maker and a depth of knowledge from her work as a designer specializing in evening wear and prom. Ms. M. is seamstress by trade and owns the prom and evening wear brand Mazzanna Designs. She also holds a yearly contest in which winners receive a complimentary custom prom gown.
